Tenant referencing status/summary

Hi all.
Some guidance needed please.
The OpenRent references have come back with the following

‘! Pending result of other references’
Tapping on this gives another message:-
‘The applicant has failed affordability checks, but may still pass in conjunction with other applicants if the total affordability covers the rent’

We have two prospective tenants and two guarantors (one for each).
A couple of them have OpenRent reference messages like the above.
Do we get a summary/overall report that gives an overall pass/fail for ALL the tenants/guarantors COMBINED ?

Hi James,

This message shows whilst there are incomplete references as part of a joint application. Once all of the references have been completed all of the reports will be recompleted to take into account all of the co-applicant’s references and you will receive the final reports.

Thanks Leo. This is our first OpenRent with multiple references. So helps to understand they will all be pulled together.
