Terminate letting agent

hi all,

I going to terminate my letting agent and continue existing tenant,

what I need to pay attention to handover with my letting agent, do I need to do inspection and inventory report.

First thing, you need to inspect your agreement with the agent. They usually charge termination fees for going solo with the same T. If this T leaves, you can find a new one. Then you won’t owe anything to Estate Agent’s.
If the issue above is sorted, I’d firstly, check that all necessary certificates are up to date (gas safety, electrics, fire alarm). Agents are known for not renewing them in time.
