Tiles Large or small?

Just something that keeps me wondering, why people put small tiles in their bathroom? I rarely see like a table sized tile, wouldn’t it be easier to do so? I know some newbuilds do but when you renovate people rarely do that.

Sorry I am a noobie to tiles but just a thought when i see people need to do so much work on each small tile and grout work.

Any experienced buddies like to explain? :slight_smile:

all a choice of what you like I use 200mm x 150mm

If you are paying to have the tiling completed suggest you go for a large tile this will cut down the time the tiler spends there and should reflect in the price.

Go large in small spaces. Makes the space look bigger.

Just have a good job done as bad tiling is a right turn off
