Toilet broken and agency refuses to acknowledge it

Hello,
Quick question: I’m renting a room in 49 Howland way. Toilet is broken and the agency refuses to fix it despite the photographic evidences. They said “We sent our plumber and all was ok” but is not.
What can I do? Thanks for any tip/answer!

What’s the issue with toilet?

Tell the agent that the toilet remains broken as per your evidence, and their refusal to fix it is in breach of section 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, specifically that the landlord is responsible for repairs to sinks, baths, toilets, pipes and drains. This is probably a health and safety breach too as it involves sanitation, and that you will be reporting the agent and landlord to the council if this is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Usually this is enough to get the agent to do something.
