Trying to fill in Openrent tenancy form Help

I have got to the part where I have to give the expiry date for gas safety certs, EICR, insurance etc but the form will not accept my expiry dates. Says they are not valid.

I’ve tried the format shown as an example and 29/09/2024 and then just using the drop down calendar but still getting the error message. I don’t know what else to do.

You do not need to complete these. Its only so Openrent can send you a reminder they are due / marketing communication offering you the service.
