Openrent keeps saying the email is agent email for mydeposit registration but not able to get passed that comment even if i have already registerd on mydepsoit with 2 other email. what do i do? cannot seem to register the deposit as open rent does not accept the mydeposit user

Looking at your account, it seems you resolved this yourself. We do provide guidance / advice if you have mistakenly set up an “agent account” with MyDeposits, but it sounds like you saw that and had already tried a few different accounts.
Can I ask what we missed in our guidance / what you ended up doing to resolve the issue?
