Hi I tried making a holding deposit payment multiple times on different browsers and deleted the NatWest app and then tried again but it says - There was a problem with your payment: Your card was declined. This transaction requires authentication.
How do I make the payment?
I have input all the correct details and I am using a UK debit card linked to only one address that I am currently living in.
I contacted NatWest webchat and the automated reply was: This transaction was declined because the retailer has failed to provide the bank the security information needed to approve. Please contact the retailer and ask them to send as part of the payment request the CVV and/or postcode
The thing is I did input the correct bank card CVV and postcode when paying the deposit.
How do I contact OpenRent? There is no helpline can anyone provide an email for contacting them?
How have others resolved this issue? I tried looking it up on here but it doesn’t show the solution on other people’s similar question.
