Hi,
I recall paying to become a verified tenant but today i seen some contradictory information. The picture shows i might or might not be one.
Also, do you have to pay for it every so often or is it supposed to be permanent for anyone’s account?

Hi @Mike18 -
Our product page about Verified Tenant is here:
In terms of how long the “Verified Tenant” status lasts, that’s covered on that page:
This status is meant to signal to the landlord your current credit/affordability. Unfortunately due to the fact referencing/credit data/circumstances can change, we can’t allow tenants to maintain a “verified” status indefinitely. Generally, 60 days has proven plenty of time for most tenants, but we appreciate some tenants will be searching for longer than this.
This is similar to a full tenant reference, which after several months, is unfortunately no longer accurate / reliable.
Where did you find this information out? I didnt find it easy to pick up and who are you?
Do you work for open rent?
I will also bear in mind what you have told me so thanks!
