Can anyone share the main benefits of being a verified tenant? will I get easy access to contact the landlord by availing this option?
The main reason is that landlord doesn’t respond to any of my inquiries.

if the LL doesn’t respond, then move on. You can’t do anything at all to persuade a LL to be interested in your application.
There are no shortcuts available to verified tenants in terms of applications. Everyone’s in the same boat. You can message the LL through OpenRent, but they are under no obligation to reply.
