My tenants just left and I realised that the hooker hood is broken. There is no button to switch on/ off. Please could you let me know who is responsible for repairing/ buying a new one.

Could the breakage be caused through reasonable wear and tear? If so down to LL.

Hi Mark10, thank you for your reply. Yes, it should be reported to me. The extractor fan wasn’t new. It was at the property when I bought it 10 years ago but I don’t know how the switch was removed completely.
I will replace it.
