When will I get my deposit back, my landlord soad that he processed the full refund and it’s from oepn rent we should receive a response but who and how do I contact it’s been a month we vacated the property
What did he say when you chased him?
It wont be open rent. The deposit should be held by deposit protection provider, probably my deposits or deposit protection service. You should have got details of the provider at start of tenancy. If landlord says they have authorised repayment you need to speak to your deposit provider.
