Hi I need some advise, I have a ccj, not my fault, I was over paid housing benefit when I was a single parent, wasn’t taken to court but I am paying it back through my place off work, my partner moved out of we’re we was living as he had an argument with my dad so we are apart at the moment, we desperately want to get a rented property but no one seems to want to help, he is living in his van, our credit scores aren’t great but we always pay our bills, please could someone help us point us in the right direction
