When is the best time to place the property on the market without making the property look tired? We are based in Central London so tenants are easy to come by but just lots of competition. We tried 8 weeks that was too long no enquirers until 3 weeks previous. Thanks

For now, yes I 'd agree that this varies a lot by the demand of the local market, and whether the let is for students or not. If not students, then we usually recommend advertising the property from four weeks in advance.
