Boiler Service was booked but not done by the supplier

Hi All,

I have recently booked for Gas Certificate and boiler service. They did gave me the gas safety certificate but didnt do the service of the boiler.
They did told me that some parts needs to be ordered but haven’t heard anything back from them.

How can I escalate this issue further.
