Hello - I have a flat on rent and my EICR is expired post tenants vacating the place. My new tenants are moving in 1’st Week of August however my electrician’s license is only getting renewed on 15’th August (due to delay in renewals because of pandemic).
Does anyone know if it’s legal to let tenants move in and have EICR completed post move? (My electrician does all required work in the flat and don’t want to look for someone else at present, but I have to then there is no other option).
