My employer is not receiving referral email

Hello everyone, I’ve been trying to get a referral from my employer. I’ve input the email and telephone of my HR manager and after I saw there was no reply I added another email. However those people from hr told me that they are not receiving anything. Anyone knows what can I do?

Hi @Corrado - Thanks for posting. Is there a mobile number you can supply for your employer? If you enter that in the form, they should also receive an SMS which may be easier for them. Otherwise, you can ask your employer to double check any spam/junk folders, as well as double check the spelling of your employer’s email that you entered.
