Has anyone any experience where the enquiry comes from somebody who is not actually the proposed tenant? Enquiry today from a “professional single male” and when I replied to ask a few more questions it turns out the enquiry came from somebody on behalf of her boss. I prefer to speak directly to prospective tenants and unsure of best way to handle this.
If you don’t want to speak with someone other than tenant then reject the enquiry.
it could be someone’s pa, depends if you want this type of tenant.
