Although, the concept of OpenRent & its functionality is good. However, the customer service is horrific. I have had a problem with my messages for over 2 yeas now and no-one from the team has the decency to either call nor respond to an email to discuss to resolve my situation. I have sent countless emails including “help requests” but all have proven to be useless. How can you expect us to stay on your platform, but you dont care to actually even try to resolve our problems!!
