How do I contact the open rent customer service team

I have ordered the reference on my potential tenant & her grantor through open rent Rent Guard company . What Rent Gaurd has received for both the parties as a grantor no one in that case is tenant. Rent Gaurd is not fixing the problem they said open rent should fix this. I am confused how to contact open rent customer service. I don’t wanted to loose the potential tenant & money spent on referencing.

To answer your specific question, you can change an ongoing reference from a tenant to a guarantor, or vice versa, through your OpenRent account.
