Someone sees the advert on Zoopla and leaves a voice message without their phone number.
If I reply to their viewing request with a written message in OpenRent, will they receive it?
If all they have left is a voicemail then replying to any message in admin panel won’t get to them.
If they are too dumb to leave number then view that as a good filter.

Actually it does get to them!
I replied in writing to one of these voice messages and just got a written response back from them.
I’m not sure if this means the person has a Zoopla account or one on OpenRent or if it goes to their email. But it works!
