Some new flats are being constructed within the courtyard where my rental flat is. I think the noise of the groundwork is putting viewers off. However, once inside the flat, the noise is minimal and the flat faces out the other way, so it’s just noise, not aesthetics.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get over this hurdle with future viewings?on
