I have purchased the RentNow and prospective tenant has initiated the holding deposit. I have accepted the Holding deposit , but was asked to pay £30 for individual referencing, where as the RentNow package which i had purchased encompassed referencing. Will i be refunded by referencing £30 if referencing is positive and progress with that tenant. My impression is that it will be accounted and refunded to me. Can you please confirm or advise what is customer care service to check the same. I am convined by bought theRentNow which encompassed the referencing too.
Rentnow is the advert listing plus tenancy agreement creation, dealing with depositing the security deposit.
Rent now doesnt include referencing- this costs 30 quid per person, you might have say 5 tenants and a guarantor to check. Or 1 tenant. They cant possibly do that for 79 quid before they have any idea how many people need referencing
