Referring to the note on your website below….I am considering using OpenRent, as an overseas landlord. I would like to k ow what the costs are for storing the keys via a vetted key holder?

“If you have a Key Safe or can provide the key locally we can use this to access the property at no additional cost. Alternatively, we can provide key handling solutions including the installation of a Key Safe or store the key via a vetted key holder for an additional fee.”
