Hello.
My girlfriend and I were supposed to move in on 5th March. We were called 10 days out and told the place wasn’t ready despite moving out of my old flat etc.
2 further dates were given to us for moving in but again the cottage isn’t ready.
I have lost holiday days and rent in my temporary accommodation throughout the delay.
Where do I stand They have my deposit too.
