Hi and good afternoon, I’m trying and have tried multiple times to leave a holding deposit for a property but everytime I do and select the banking app to pay it, I go on to HSBC to confirm payment and as soon as I go back to openrent the app resets and I have to do it all again? I need to get this deposit over asap as I may lose this flat, please someone help I’m begging. Thanks in advance.
