Missing landlord details in Gas Safety Certificate issued

Hi,

I have been using OpenRent to get Landlord Gas Safety Certificate checks done and certificates issued every year for last 4 years. I never had any issues until recently. This year the certificate issued has the property address details section (middle section) as blanks and the Landlord name incorrectly filled by the OpenRent engineer. I have tried to get the engineer to get this corrected but there is no response from the OpenRent engineer.

Any ideas on how I can get this resolved? I can’t find anywhere I can get someone from OpenRent to intervene. Appreciate your guidance on this topic.

One engineer put the wrong address for me as landlord too. I ended up just correcting it manually myself. I will have to re-issue the GSCs to the tenant with the correct details if I ever need to serve a s21.

You should make Openrent aware of this so that they can get it corrected in future.
