Modulr FS Ltd - Openrent manual payment details not recognised by Loyds bank

Contract signed and the tenant is trying to make the outstanding amount to Openrent. She has selected manual payment via bank transfer and used the details given by Openrent.
Bank: Modulr FS Ltd

The bank app could not verify the these bank details and flagged that this could be a fraud/scam.
She is worried and to be honest this is the first time I’ve heard about this Modular.
I did a bit of digging It seems this has happened to other folks has well.
My tenant is concerned and we have only two weeks to go for the move in date.

Can someone from Open clarify why their manual payment details are not recognised by banks and also how I should proceed in this case to close the loop on the tenancy ?
