Do you think tenants will find other tenants to share it like a reasonable rental matter
Need to know thoughts
Or should rooms be holiday let short term accommodation only
And shop be short term if there’s any such thing
Who has liability and what sort of insurance providers are there for this
Are you asking whether you could find a tenant who wants both the shop and the rooms above? If so, I have no idea, but I think theyd be rare and youd be looking for a commercial customer principally.
If you want to let the rooms separately, there are many factors to be considered in deciding whether to do holiday lets, including location, Council policy on short/Airbnb type lets, whether you have someone who can service them, (clean, launder etc). If you opt for longer lets then the type of tenant will depend on how many rooms and the configuration.
