Made a viewing through this company. Even turned down a night shift to attend. Waited half an hour, no show from anyone. No number to call, no message from the company saying they couldn’t make it. Absolutely shocking. Doesn’t fill me with confidence doing rental agreements through this company at all
OpenRent aren’t involved in the viewings at all, they just act as a messaging platform between you and the landlord at this stage.
It’s the landlord that’s let you down in this instance sadly, not OpenRent.

The LL that you contacted about their property either did not complete the ‘ confirm viewing appointment with tenant ‘ tab at their end or ignored your request for a viewing - its all about solid clear communication.

Did you give them a number to call you in case they were delayed?
Maybe they arrived 5min after you left.
People may be reluctant to give out their tel (and OR messaging makes providing personal info hard by default it gets removed)
Stuff happens people get delayed by traffic public transport family emergencies whatever. Some people are disorganized and make mistakes with calendars.
They will have no idea you canceled a night shift
I would try contacting the LL, explain you waited 1/2h and ask what happened and see if they apologise before judging them toooo harshly
