I always have a notification in the dashboard that I have an unread enquiry, but there isn’t any unread. Any ideas on who to resolve this annoying notification ??
You may want to delete your history and clean the cookies. I couldn’t be bothered, so I just put up with these notifications.

Any enquiries which are marked as unread will need to be viewed, after which, this shouldn’t happen anymore.
