You can but it’s not really OR’ core business there is quite a lot of criticism of the contractors they use in these fora
Re emergency cover I found OR ‘management plus’ aren’t cheaper than the Add-ons offered by my landlord insurance emergency cover option and not much different from BG’s homeserve (which includes the annual boiler service I think).
Re inventory services others are cheaper and better from what I could work out - OR couldn’t explain what is provided beyond referring to their vague website
Re Epcs OR seem cheap but reports here re service I think
Re electrical safety/EICRs I’ve seen reports here of OR cowboy ripoffs
