Partial payments via openrent

Hi

I have a tenant in arrears. Two months. To assist the tenant recover they’ve offered to make a partial payment. Is this possible via OpenRent. I’d prefer all payments to be routed that way for audit purposes should this need to head down a legal Avenue.

Yes - your tenants are able to make a partial payment of any size and it will be reflected in their balance and shown on your rent collection dashboard.
