@Mark163 I have heard in these fora of OR issues like this on emails. Some companies do have firewalls or other IT to protect them from and quarantine unexpected emails. They might need to use a different browser. The HR dept may be unaware
Get OR to provide a screen shot of the email sent, showing email address sent to, time and subject line.
I’m sure if LL want to rent to your daughter it can be sorted.
Maybe ask OR to send to a different email address as a test and forward to employer from that.
Or get them to actually phone the employer with the code and sort it out- how hard can it be to pick up the phone (even IT people know how to use a keypad)
