Wait For Approval Before Publish
When you add a property to OpenRent, we will put it live on OpenRent and the portals as soon as possible. In order to make sure your property appears on the portals as quickly as possible, we will immediately send an outline of the property to them. This doesn’t include photos, and uses an auto-generated description which has been shown to attract the most tenants.

However, we appreciate every landlord is different. If you’d prefer us to only publish your advert when the photos and description have been approved - we can do this for you.

Please note - setting this to “Yes” will introduce a delay into publishing your property and thus finding your tenants.

I would not advertise without photos. They will get dismissed. Also the mailing list emails sent by RM etc will only get sent when property is first listed, or after a price reduction so you miss a prime opportunity to get noticed.
