Wales Fitness for human habitation - Carbon monoxide alarms

Based on the new Fitness for human habitation rules in Wales, am I right in thinking a carbon monoxide alarm is required in the kitchen (with a gas cooker) and the room that houses the boiler too?

Don’t know about Wales, in England it isn’t required in kitchen with gas cooker, it is required in boiler room.
