What is included on Boiler service please?
Do engineer check and ensure whether radiator is working or not?

They won’t check radiator. You could ask them to though. Fixing it won’t be included within fee, though if it’s very simple they might just do it. I am talking about an independent gas engineer here.
I have boilers never serviced which have lasted just as long as a serviced boiler.
I question their value.

as you probably know if you have a boiler with a 5 or7 year guarantee, the guarantee is only valid if you have it seviced and recorded every year
