I have new tenants or my flat undergong referancing.
I’m looking for the tenacy agreement on the Openrent portal so I can check it and make amendments .
I’m sure I’m missing something obvious but how do get to that ?

Have you looked on your dashboard under “My Listings” ?
Beware of making amendments to a legal document unless youre legally trained.

Yes - just a small clause to make sure the bathroom is properly ventilated
lots of us have minor amendments we need to make.
Min usually includes tenant liability for prohibited items being put down saniflo toilet !
Also my self contained flats are in what is for technical reasons an HMO so HMO license requirements need to be included…
