Hi Saul, really sorry to hear that you’ve had this frustrating experience. We’ve discussed this topic a little before, here, so definitely check out @Elinor’s advice on that thread first.
To add to that advice, though, I would also recommend:
- that it’s helpful to include as much relevant information about yourself (and co tenants) as possible when reaching out to landlords.
- OpenRent properties do let very quickly. Properties let in 7 days on average with us. This is just because of how many tenants are using the site. Hopefully it means we have good properties, too!
